Happy July 1st!

Hi Family! We are only 26 days away from the reunion!! I can't wait to see everyone! I know a few people still have some questions about what we have going on, so hopefully, this message clears up a few concerns.

1. Friday:

   1. Friday's activities are NOT MANDATORY so do not worry if you cannot make it to the Friday activities. The actual reunion is on Saturday the 27th.

12pm - 5pm At Pocahontas State Park Aquatic Center

7pm-10pm Uptown Alley Bowling Alley. https://uptownalleyrichmond.com/

1. Saturday:

   1. The Reunion!

2. Sunday:

   1. Attendance is NOT MANDATORY

   2. I need a head count if we are to have brunch on Sunday still. I cannot make reservation without a head count so please text me personally if you are able to stay for brunch on Sunday. (302)442-2065

3. Accommodations:

   1. TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO GET THE HOTEL FOR THE FAMILY RATE.

4. Food:

   1. Hotdogs (Will need to be thrown on the grill)

   2. Burgers (Will need to be thrown on the grill)

   3. Vege Burgers (Will need to be thrown on the grill)

   4. Vege Hotdogs (Will need to be thrown on the grill)

   5. Beef BBQ Ribs

   6. Bake Beans

   7. Corn on the Cobb

   8. Pasta Salad

   9. Potato Salad

   10. Fruit

   11. Ambrosia

   12. Broccoli Salad

   13. Chips

   14. Sweet Treat

5. Payment plan:

   1. What are you paying for?

      1. Venue

      2. Food

      3. Vendors (EX: Moon Bounces / Games)

      4. Extra activities on Friday and Sunday

      5. Invest in future reunions. (we want to do bigger, better reunions. Invest now, pay less later.)

6. T-shirts / Hats:

   1. Last chance to order t-shirts/ hats is July 12

      1. Why isn't this included in your payment plan? The funds from t-shirts help to build toward the family reunion. (we want to do bigger, better reunions. The more you invest now, the less you have to pay later.)
